Salih ibn Fawzan al-Fawzan (b. 1354 AH / 1933) is a member of the Council of Senior Scholars and the Permanent Committee. He studied in Riyadh with the Najdi mashayikh, including Ibn Baz.

Salih ibn Fawzan al-Fawzan (b. 1354 AH / 1933) is a member of the Council of Senior Scholars and the Permanent Committee. He studied in Riyadh with the Najdi mashayikh, including Ibn Baz.

His explanations of Kitab al-Tawhid, al-Usul al-Thalatha, and Lum'at al-I'tiqad are widely printed. His fiqh is Hanbali with the Committee’s method of evidence.
