Muhammad al-Amin al-Shinqiti
Muhammad al-Amin al-Shinqiti (1325–1393 AH / 1907–1973) wrote Adwa' al-Bayan, a tafsir that explains the Qur’an by the Qur’an. He was Maliki in fiqh and Athari in creed, and he taught in the Prophet’s Mosque and the Islamic University.

Muhammad al-Amin al-Shinqiti (1325–1393 AH / 1907–1973) wrote Adwa' al-Bayan, a tafsir that explains the Qur’an by the Qur’an. He was Maliki in fiqh and Athari in creed, and he taught in the Prophet’s Mosque and the Islamic University.
Ibn Uthaymeen and many Madinah students sat with him. His usul and tafsir remain in the Salafi curriculum of Madinah.
